Sub Structure
Our Civils Team have over 50 years of collective experience in construction and during this time we have worked on hundreds of construction projects, from piling and foundations, to groundworks, basements, retaining walls and specialist RC works. We are also happy to work on a collaborative basis with engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, architects and designers.
Superstructure
Our key areas of expertise include the design and construction of RC sub and superstructure frames. We have a strong reputation for delivery of (RCC) Reinforced Concrete structures, as well as installation of lightweight (SFS) steel framing systems, providing fast track building solutions.
We also provide Hybrid concrete construction, a method of construction which integrates precast concrete and cast in-situ concrete to make best advantage of their different inherent qualities. The accuracy, speed and high quality finish of precast components can be combined with the economy and flexibility of cast in-situ concrete.
This technique produces buildable and more competitive structures.
Landscape
We recognize the importance of excellent landscape design and execution here in the region. Our design and construction teams regularly execute complex landscape schemes for our discerning clients, from simple hard & soft landscaping, through magnificent pool and relaxation areas to breathtaking sunken gardens and roof terraces.
